How to Cook Spaghetti Carbonara
Ingredients for Spaghetti Carbonara:
500 gr spaghetti
Sol, ground pepper (black),
100 g smoked bacon
2 tablespoons olive oil
30 g butter
4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
0,5 green onions

How to Prepare Spaghetti Carbonara:
Spaghetti cook, as it is written on the packaging. Bacon is first cut into thin slices and then into thin strips. Garlic peel and fry in a mixture of butter and olive oil until golden brown and shift into another bowl. At the same fat fry the strips of bacon until transparent.
Eggs, cream, salt and pepper whisk, add the grated cheese.
Green onions wash, dry and cut into thin rings. Spaghetti recline on drushlag. Fried bacon pour egg mass, add the spaghetti and mix immediately. Remove from heat, so eggs are not cooked.
Spaghetti sprinkled with pepper and onion rings and serve immediately on the table.
